Exchange and Return policy
All RRgear products can be exchanged for a change in size and any manufacturing defect. The cost of sending the product to our office will be borne by the customer. The cost of reshipping will be borne by us.
The items will be exchanged in the following conditions.
- The product is returned in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
- The product is received by us in re-saleable condition.
- The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.
If the products are not received in the above condition, it will not be exchanged.
If the required size is out of stock for particular product, then the customer can choose from available products or wait till the size of the ordered product back in stock.
Customers can also take the picture of defected part of the product and e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact to customer care number on +918600609420.
Once we receive the product our team member will get in touch with you and detail you on further process.
We need the returned products with their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You may use the original shipping container for packing.
Products sold during sale/offers/Discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
